Congratulations to talented gymnast, Callum Morris, Year 8, who competed on six apparatus and won a gold medal and five silver medals at a recent gymnastics competition held in Newcastle. Callum also received a medal for taking second place overall.

Callum is a member of Rugby Gymnastics Club, training with them for more than 20 hours each week and has been competing since he was eight years old.

He said, ‘I love gymnastics because it develops strength, flexibility, balance, agility and coordination.  It has taught me that hard work, discipline and perseverance always pays off.’
