Students receive certificates for round one of the BPhO Physics Challenge
Congratulations to our Year 13 students who have been awarded certificates for their participation in the first round of the British Physics Olympiad (BPhO) Challenge.
The BPhO is designed to encourage the study of physics and to recognise excellence in young physicists. The challenges are crafted by Physics Lecturers and academics from Oxford University, aiming to inspire students to think outside the box regarding the application of physics principles.
Our students achieved great results, earning Gold, Bronze I, Bronze II, and Commendation awards based on their scores in the first round.
Science teacher Josh Pape said, ‘The questions were incredibly challenging; just taking part was a huge achievement. We are incredibly proud of our students' accomplishments and the results are a testament to their hard work and dedication.’
