Brooke Weston Academy is proud to announce that six members of staff have been announced as finalists for the Northamptonshire Education Awards (NEA) 2024.

Recognising exceptional local schools, academies, universities, teachers and associated staff and celebrating the best of the education sector within Northamptonshire, our staff have been nominated in the following categories:

• Vicky Hilling – Lifetime Achievement Award
• Clare Pope-May – Unsung Hero Award
• Akvile Taylor – School Business Manager of the Year
• Lezindi Du Buisson – Maths Team/Teacher of the Year
• Erin Van Wyk – Maths Team/Teacher of the Year
• Gareth Van Wyk – STEM Award

These nominations reflect the hard work, dedication, and passion that our staff bring to their roles every day, making a significant impact on the lives of our students and the broader community.

Comedian and television presenter Iain Stirling will be announcing the winners and entertaining the audience on awards night, which takes place on Friday 29^th November, at The County Ground in Northampton.
