Year 10 students who are taking part in the Pathways to Success Programme took part in one of a series of workshops led by Project Manager and external coach Nicole Francis from the School Development Support Agency (SDSA).

The Pathway to Success Programme offers students the opportunity to explore potential future career paths and take part in 1:1 coaching and workshops to help support and guide them.

During the workshop, students researched different sectors of employment and looked at a variety of jobs available, the qualifications and skills needed for each job, and shared their key findings from their research in a presentation to the rest of the group.
