National Teaching Assistants' Day was marked at Brooke Weston Academy with an after-school celebration of tea and cakes for our wonderful team of Teaching Assistants.

Messages of thanks from BWA students and teaching staff were handed out and our TA’s also received a ‘thank you’ keyring and poem.

Principal Shaun Strydom said, ‘We are incredibly grateful every day for the hard work and dedication from our amazing Teaching Assistants. National Teaching Assistants’ day, however, gives us the opportunity for staff and students to formally thank them for all the work they do to support them both in the classroom and around the academy.’
