Coaching Sessions

Former BWA student returns to coach Year 12 students to help them tap into their own potential

Former Brooke Weston Academy student Prilly Lee returned to BWA to offer coaching sessions with our Year 12 students with the purpose of helping them discover new and more effective ways to handle any challenges or issues that they may be facing.

Prilly left BWA in 2014 after completing her A-levels in Chemistry, Biology and English Literature. She went on to study Design Management at the University of the Arts London at the London College of Communication campus and is currently working for ‘Tuff Leadership’ a training and coaching company based in Sweden.

Prilly said, ‘It was lovely to return to Brooke Weston and give something back to the students as I remember my time here as special and wonderful; with teachers who really believed in me. The students who took part in the coaching sessions were very receptive, and my job was to listen and help them to understand how to change their mindset and learn a new way of being and behaving to achieve the results they want.’

Post-16 Co-Curricular Coordinator, Mrs Hegarty said, ‘A huge thank you to Prilly for returning to Brooke Weston to offer her services. We hope that the sessions have allowed our students to move forward positively with the ability to tackle their own issues and realise their potential.’
