Brooke Weston Academy’s computer science teacher Ray Chambers is one of only ten teachers from across the world to be named as a finalist in a global teaching competition, and the only one from the UK.

Brooke Weston saw success when they hosted and won the School Games Volleyball Competition for Years 9 and 10 successfully qualifying for the Winter Games at Kettering Leisure Village later this month.

After a gruelling selection process and a punishing one-year training programme, former Brooke Weston student Emma Turner has been awarded The Queen’s Commission in the Royal Navy and will shortly be undertaking her final assessments to test her suitability for flying training.
