BROOKE WESTON ACADEMY CAREERS FAIR
WEDNESDAY 19 FEBRUARY 11:30 – 14:30
We are delighted to invite you to exhibit at our annual careers fair and thank you in advance for your support. We are excited to provide this opportunity to our young people.
If you attended last year, we have taken on board feedback and opened up to all year groups and adjusted the timings of the event to best suit you. See attached poster and below.
Please share with your colleagues, teams, network etc. as we welcome all exhibitors.

Parking: Please park in an unnumbered parking space. These are located as you enter the school grounds or at the back if follow the road round and you continue driving round the Academy past the numbered spaces.
Arrival: Upon arrival, please report to reception to sign in as a visitor. Reception entrance is located at the side of the building, past the fountain. You will be greeted and taken to our Sports Hall where you be allocated a table as your stand, and you can bring any promotional information, fliers, stands etc. with you.
Attendees: You will have the opportunity to engage with students across all year groups (Year 7-13).
Refreshments and facilities: Tea/coffee and water will be available upon arrival and you will be provided with a dinner grab bag including a sandwich / crisps / biscuit. You are welcome to bring your own lidded flasks/drinks and snacks. There are some power outlets in our venue - please let me know if you do require power, if you have not already, so that we can ensure you are near an outlet as these are limited in our sports hall.
