Congratulations to our KS3 and KS4 students who have demonstrated exceptional mathematical skills and have been awarded Gold, Silver, or Bronze certificates for being amongst the highest performers in the country in the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT) Intermediate Maths Challenge.

The UKMT Intermediate Maths Challenge is a 60-minute, 25-question multiple-choice competition that aims to inspire and challenge students throughout the UK. It encourages participants to develop their mathematical reasoning, precision of thought, and fluency in using basic mathematical techniques to solve intriguing problems.

In addition to their certificates, the following students have excelled to such a high degree that they have been invited to participate in the follow-on round, which will take place on March 21st:

• Year 9: Jake Barwell, Dylan Maddams
• Year 11: Goda Kensminaite
