Well done to our students who took part in the County Combined Athletics event which was held at Corby Athletics Club. They competed against other schools from Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, participating in five track and field events each: hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot or javelin, and finished with either an 800m or 1500m race, earning points for their performance in each event.

All the students performed incredibly well, with an outstanding result coming from Amelia Pilolo, who received a medal for 2^nd place in the Inter Girls category, which means she has qualified for the next round to represent Northamptonshire in the Inter County Combined Events Championships in Chelmsford, Essex in June.
